Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 15) Order 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(9) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 15) Order 1999.

Amendment of Consolidation Order

2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting the words “The First National Bank of Chicago” in item (163) and substituting the words “Bank One, National Association (Singapore Branch)”, with effect from 13th September 1999.
