Travel Agents Act
(Chapter 334)
Travel Agents (Waiver of Fees for Licences for Travel Agents) Regulations 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28(1) of the Travel Agents Act, the Singapore Tourism Board, with the approval of the Minister for Trade and Industry, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Travel Agents (Waiver of Fees for Licences for Travel Agents) Regulations 2009.
Waiver of fees
2.  Notwithstanding regulation 3 of the Travel Agents Regulations (Rg 1), no fee shall be payable for any licence granted by the Board under section 7 of the Act during the period between 15th February 2009 and 31st December 2010 (both dates inclusive).
