Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2014
(Commencement) Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2014 (Commencement) Notification 2015.
2.  The Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2014 shall, with the exception of sections 4, 8, 9 and 27(b) and (c), come into operation on 1 February 2015.
