(Amendment) Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Human Biomedical Research Act 2015, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Human Biomedical Research (Restricted Research) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 26 June 2023.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. In the Human Biomedical Research (Restricted Research) Regulations 2017 (G.N. No. S 622/2017), in regulation 2, replace the definition of “assisted reproduction treatment” with —

“ “assisted reproduction treatment” means any treatment, procedure or service provided as part of an assisted reproduction service within the meaning given by paragraph 2 of the First Schedule to the Healthcare Services Act 2020;”.
