Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st August 1998.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order (O 2) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the name “Mr Koh Yong Guan” in the third column of item 2;
(b)	by inserting, immediately below the name “Mr Teo Ming Kian” in the third column of item 2, the name “Mr Eddie Teo Chan Seng”;
(c)	by deleting the name “Mr Lim Siong Guan” in the third column of item 3; and
(d)	by deleting the name “Mr Koh Yong Guan” in the third column of item 6 and substituting the name “Mr Eddie Teo Chan Seng”. [G.N. Nos. S 409/96; S 1/97; S 163/97; S 531/97; S 45/98; S 244/98]
