Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 102(2) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2010.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Part I of the Schedule to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “regulations” in paragraph (d), the words “12A(2) and 12B(4) (other than a continuing offence under regulations 12A(2) and 12B(4)),”.
