Securities and Futures (Prescribed Futures
Contracts) (Amendment) Regulations 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 341 of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Prescribed Futures Contracts) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 8 August 2016.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Prescribed Futures Contracts) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 368/2005) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 17, the following items:
“18.CME Europe Limited
19.Nasdaq Oslo ASA
20.CBOE Futures Exchange, LLC
21.Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited
22.BrokerTec Europe Limited”.
