(Amendment)
Regulations 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 411 of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 2nd July 2013.
Amendment of regulation 89
2.  Regulation 89 of the Companies Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:
“(a)Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (formerly known as the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore);”.
Amendment of Second Schedule
3.  The Second Schedule to the Companies Regulations is amended by deleting the words “Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore” in paragraph 2(iiia) of Form 45B and substituting the words “Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (formerly known as the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore)”.
