Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(9) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 1999.

Amendment of Consolidation Order

2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended —

(a)	by deleting item (7) relating to Tat Lee Bank Ltd, with effect from 26th December 1998;
(b)	by deleting the words "Keppel Bank of Singapore Limited" in item (1) and substituting the words "Keppel TatLee Bank Limited", with effect from 26th December 1998; and
(c)	by deleting paragraph (a) of item (164) relating to Korea Long Term Credit Bank, with effect from 28th December 1998. [G.N. Nos.
