Betting (Casino Operators —
Exemption) (Amendment)
Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22(1) of the Betting Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Betting (Casino Operators — Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 3 January 2019.
Amendment of paragraph 3
2.  Paragraph 3(2) of the Betting (Casino Operators — Exemption) Notification 2010 (G.N. No. S 83/2010) is amended —
(a)by deleting the comma at the end of sub‑paragraph (b) and substituting a full‑stop; and
(b)by deleting the words “but excludes any lottery or lucky draw held within the casino premises.”.
