(Health Promotion Board — Exemption)
(Amendment No. 2) Order 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Remote Gambling Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order is the Remote Gambling (Health Promotion Board — Exemption) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2020.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Remote Gambling (Health Promotion Board — Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2019 (G.N. No. S 712/2019) is amended by deleting the words “5 June 2020” in the definition of “draw” and substituting the words “12 June 2020”.
Amendment of Schedule
3.  Paragraph 6 of the Schedule to the Remote Gambling (Health Promotion Board — Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2019 is amended by deleting the words “6 September 2020” and substituting the words “13 September 2020”.
