Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 8) Order 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Order:
1.  This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 8) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1996.
2.  The following provisions of the First Schedule to the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) Order (O 1) under the heading Parking Places set out in the first column are amended in the manner set out in the second column thereof:

Insert, immediately after paragraph (l), the following paragraph:
 
“(m)The areas off Simei Street 1 and Simei Street 4 and delineated in Plan 612.”.
PART XXIX
Insert, immediately after item 8, the following item:
 
“9.Tampines Branch Office Parking Place.
The areas off Simei Street 1 and delineated in Plan 613.”.
