Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Notification 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Notification 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st August 1998.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure) (Consolidation) Notification (N 1) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (9) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:

“(9) Woodlands Train Checkpoint.”.
