Intoxicating Substances Act
(Chapter 146A)
Intoxicating Substances (Discipline in Approved Centres) (Amendment) Regulations 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 43 of the Intoxicating Substances Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Intoxicating Substances (Discipline in Approved Centres) (Amendment) Regulations 2003.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Intoxicating Substances (Discipline in Approved Centres) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting the definition of “medical officer” and substituting the following definition:
“ “medical officer” means a registered medical practitioner who is for the time being appointed by the Director of Prisons to perform the functions of a medical officer under these Regulations;”.
