Medicines (Import of Condoms) (Amendment)
Regulations 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Import of Condoms) (Amendment) Regulations 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st August 1998.

Amendment of regulation 3

2. Regulation 3(1) of the Medicines (Import of Condoms) Regulations (Rg 10) is amended by deleting the words “or vehicle by which they were imported or, in the case of condoms imported by rail, from the Singapore Railway Station” in the third, fourth and fifth lines and substituting the words “, vehicle or train by which they were imported”.
