Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 (1)(b)(ii) of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act, the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2007 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 7th June 2007.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2004 (G.N. No. S 507/2004) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 124; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 131, the following items:
