In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2017 (Commencement) (No. 3) Notification 2017.
2.  Sections 13 and 18 of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2017 come into operation on 20 July 2017.
