(Exemption) (No. 22) (Amendment)
Notification 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 22) (Amendment) Notification 2013 and shall come into operation on 5th July 2013.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2(1) of the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 22) Notification 2013 (G.N. No. S 260/2013) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “(both dates inclusive)” wherever they appear, the words “and from 8th July 2013 to 25th July 2013 (both dates inclusive)”.
Amendment of Schedule
3.  Paragraph 7 of the Schedule to the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 22) Notification 2013 is amended by deleting the words “8th October 2013” in sub-paragraph (b) and substituting the words “26th October 2013”.
