(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Medicines (Licensing, Standard Provisions and Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 1 September 2019.
Amendment of regulation 3
2.  Regulation 3(2) of the Medicines (Licensing, Standard Provisions and Fees) Regulations (Rg 6) is amended by deleting the words “Arsenic, Copper, Lead and Mercury” in sub‑paragraph (d)(ii) and substituting the words “all the substances specified in the First Schedule to the Medicines (Prohibition of Sale and Supply) Order (O 4)”.
