Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Oaths and Fees) Act

Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Oaths and Fees) Act, the Minister for Foreign Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st August 1998.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item 7 of the Schedule to the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) Order (O 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (14), the following paragraph:
“(14A)Replacement fee for lost certificate of identity (Form IMM(E)16) —
(a)first replacement
$50.
(b)second and subsequent replacement
$100”.
