Constitution of the Republic of Singapore
Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2004 and shall come into operation on 15th July 2004.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order (O 2) is amended —
(a)by deleting the name “Mr Tan Chin Tiong” in the third column of item 1;
(b)by deleting paragraph (b) in the second column of item 2 and substituting the following paragraph:
“(b)Timescale officers in any of the General Services holding posts in the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Trade and Industry or the Ministry of Transport.”;
(c)by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Lam Chuan Leong” in the third column of item 2, the following names:
“

Mr Bilahari Kausikan
”;
(d)by deleting the name “Mr Peter Ho Hak Ean” in the third column of item 3 and substituting the name “Mr Chiang Chie Foo”;
(e)by deleting paragraph (a) in the second column of item 4 and substituting the following paragraph:
“(a)Timescale officers in any of the General Services holding posts in the Ministry of Community Development and Sports, the Ministry of the Environment, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts, the Ministry of Manpower or the Ministry of National Development.”;
(f)by deleting the name “Mr Tan Chin Tiong” in the third column of item 4 and substituting the name “Mr Chiang Chie Foo”;
(g)by inserting, immediately after the name “Mdm Lim Soo Hoon” in the third column of item 4, the following names:
