Official Secrets (Amendment) Act 2001

Official Secrets (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Official Secrets (Amendment) Act 2001, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.   This Notification may be cited as the Official Secrets (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2001.
2.   The Official Secrets (Amendment) Act 2001 shall come into operation on 1st September 2001.
