Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Point‑to‑Point Passenger Transport Industry Act 2019, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Point-to-Point Passenger Transport Industry Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2020.

2. The Point-to-Point Passenger Transport Industry Act 2019, except Part 2, Division 2 of Part 4, Part 5, Division 1 of Part 6, and sections 55, 57 to 61, 62(c), (d) and (e), 63(1) and (3), 64, 65 and 67(2), comes into operation on 29 May 2020.
