In exercise of the powers conferred by section 51(5)(b) of the Point‑to‑Point Passenger Transport Industry Act 2019, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Point-to-Point Passenger Transport Industry (Service of Documents) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 29 May 2020.

Prescribed website for service of documents

2. The following website maintained by the LTA is prescribed for the purposes of posting of documents permitted or required by the Act to be served, where by the exercise of reasonable diligence, the name of any individual or a body of persons to whom the document is to be served, or the business address, residential address or last email address of the individual or body, cannot be ascertained:
