Point-to-Point Passenger Transport
Industry (Compoundable Offences)
Regulations 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Point‑to‑Point Passenger Transport Industry Act 2019, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Point-to-Point Passenger Transport Industry (Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 29 May 2020.
Compoundable offences
2.  The following offences may be compounded in accordance with section 42 of the Act:
(a)an offence under section 12(5) of the Act;
(b)an offence under section 18(5) of the Act.
