Order 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 101(10) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Road Traffic (Public Service Proscribed Vehicles) Order 2020 and comes into operation on 29 May 2020.

Vehicles declared as proscribed vehicles

2. A motor cycle is declared to be a proscribed vehicle for the purposes of section 101 of the Act.
