Medicines (General Sale List)
(Amendment) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Medicines (General Sale List) (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 31st January 2001.

Deletion and substitution of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Medicines (General Sale List) Order (O 13) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:

“THE SCHEDULE

Paragraph 3

GENERAL SALE LIST

”.
