Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Notification 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2007.
Amendment of Consolidation Notification
2.  The Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (Consolidation) Notification (N 1) is amended by deleting item (34) relating to Dover Park Hospice.
