In the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 2), in regulation 2 —| (a) | replace “Director” with “Director‑General”; | | (b) | in paragraph (b), delete “8,”; | | (c) | in paragraph (b), delete “12B,”; | | (d) | in paragraph (b), delete “15(1),”; | | (e) | in paragraph (b), delete “20, 21,”; | | (f) | in paragraph (b), delete “24,”; | | (g) | in paragraph (b), delete “27, 29, 29A,”; | | (h) | in paragraph (b), delete “36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 43, 48, 50, 51,”; and | | (i) | after paragraph (b), insert —| “(ba) | any offence under regulation 60 of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Regulations in connection with any contravention or failure to comply with regulation 8, 9, 10(1) or (3), 11, 12, 12A(1) or (3), 12B, 15(1), 18(1), 19, 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, 27, 29, 29A, 32, 33, 34, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 43, 48, 50 or 51 of those Regulations as in force immediately before 26 June 2023;”. |
