Competition (Appealable Decisions) Regulations 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 93 of the Competition Act, the Competition Commission of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Trade and Industry, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Competition (Appealable Decisions) Regulations 2006 and shall come into operation on 14th July 2006.
Appealable decisions under section 71 of Act
2.  The following decisions are decisions prescribed for the purposes of section 71 of the Act:
(a)a decision made under regulation 5(1) or (4), 6(1) or 7 of the Competition (Transitional Provisions for Section 34 Prohibition) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 869/2005); and
(b)a decision for or in relation to the cancellation of a block exemption in respect of an agreement.
