Road Traffic Act
(Chapter 276)
Road Traffic (Rebate on Licence Fee for Motor Vehicles) (Amendment) Rules 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 11 (4A) and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Rebate on Licence Fee for Motor Vehicles) (Amendment) Rules 2002 and shall come into operation on 26th August 2002.
Amendment of rule 1
2.  Rule 1(2) of the Road Traffic (Rebate on Licence Fee for Motor Vehicles) Rules 2001 (G.N. No. S 353/2001) is amended by inserting, immediately before the word “re-registered” in sub-paragraph (d), the words “registered or”.
