Registration of Criminals Act
(Amendment of First Schedule)
Order 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Registration of Criminals Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Registration of Criminals Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 31 July 2017.
Amendment of Part II of First Schedule
2.  Part II of the First Schedule to the Registration of Criminals Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the item relating to “Companies Act”, the following item:
“
Computer Misuse and Cybersecurity Act
Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8A, 8B and 10.
 
Cap. 50A
”.
