2. Rule 4 of the Parking Places (Coupon Parking) Rules (R 3) (referred to in these Rules as the principal Rules) is amended —| (a) | by deleting the words “3 or 4” in the 2nd line of paragraph (1)(a) and substituting the words “9 or 10”; | | (b) | by deleting the words “5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 or 14” in paragraph (1)(b) and substituting the words “3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 11”; | | (c) | by deleting “3, 4,” in paragraph (2)(c) and substituting “5,”; | | (d) | by deleting the words “5, 6, 7, 8, 13 or 14” in the 2nd line of paragraph (2)(ca) and substituting the words “3, 4, 7 or 8”; | | (e) | by deleting the words “5, 6, 7 or 8” in paragraph (2)(d) and substituting the words “3 or 4”; | | (f) | by deleting the words “11 or 12” in paragraphs (2)(e) and (f) and substituting in each case “6”; | | (g) | by deleting the words “7 or 8” in the 1st and 2nd lines of paragraph (2)(g) and substituting “4”; | | (h) | by deleting the words “11 or 12” in paragraph (2)(h) and substituting “6”; | | (i) | by deleting the words “11, 12, 13 or 14” in the 2nd line of paragraph (2)(j) and substituting the words “6, 7 or 8”; | | (j) | by deleting the words “13 or 14” in paragraph (2)(k) and in the 1st and 2nd lines of paragraph (2)(l) and substituting in each case the words “7 or 8”; and | | (k) | by inserting, immediately after sub-paragraph (l) of paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph:| “(m) | the coupon, being a coupon in the Form 11 in the Second Schedule, does not indicate the time (P.M. or A.M.) and the date of parking the vehicle in accordance with rule 7.”. |
