Rapid Transit Systems (Creation of Rights) Notification 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Rapid Transit Systems Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Rapid Transit Systems (Creation of Rights) Notification 2011.

Powers of Authority

2. The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the operation of the railway known as Circle Line from Marymount Road to Telok Blangah Road (serving Caldecott, Bukit Brown, Botanic Gardens, Farrer Road, Haw Par Villa, Pasir Panjang, Labrador Park, Telok Blangah and Harbourfront Stations), enter upon the railway areas in the lands described in the First Schedule and exercise such rights as are described in the Second Schedule in, under or over those areas of those lands.

Inspection of plans

3. Copies of the plans of the railway areas in the lands described in the First Schedule shall be available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 —

(a)	between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. of any day from Monday to Friday (except public holidays); but
(b)	if any such day is the eve of the New Year, Lunar New Year or Christmas, between 9 a.m. and 12 noon.
