Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 25) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 25) Notification 2008.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Singapore Turf Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Mystery Value Card Promotion 2008” to be held from 1st October 2008 to 31st January 2009 (both dates inclusive).
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Turf Club with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 29th August 2008.
