Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 19) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 19) Notification 2007.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Cadbury Singapore Pte Ltd from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Touch A Life With Cadbury” campaign from 1st September 2007 to 31st October 2007 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 23rd November 2007.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Cadbury Singapore Pte Ltd with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 17th August 2007.
