Consumer Protection (Trade Descriptions and Safety Requirements) Act (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Consumer Protection (Trade Descriptions and Safety Requirements) Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Consumer Protection (Trade Descriptions and Safety Requirements) Act (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 10th August 2010.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Consumer Protection (Trade Descriptions and Safety Requirements) Act is amended by numbering the existing item as item 1, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following item:
“2.  The Health Products Act (Cap. 122D).”.

Made this 4th day of August 2010.
