(Notification of Infectious Diseases)
(Exemption) (Amendment)
Order 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 71 of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Notification of Infectious Diseases) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2014 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2014.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Infectious Diseases (Notification of Infectious Diseases) (Exemption) Order 2006 (G.N. No. S 300/2006) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Anteh Dispensary Family Clinic & Surgery” in item 1 and substituting the words “Anteh Dispensary”;

(b)

by deleting the words “Blk 966, Jurong West Street 93, #01‑219” in item 4 and substituting the words “Block 966, Jurong West Street 93, #01‑221”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after item 6, the following items:

“7.	Q&M Medical & Aesthetic Clinic (Tampines Central) Pte. Ltd., 10 Tampines Central 1, #04-18/19, Tampines One, Singapore 529536.

8.	Kensington Family Clinic, 14D Kensington Park Road, Serangoon Garden Estate, Singapore 557265.

9.	Doctors Clinic and Surgery, 305 Woodlands Street 31, #01‑91, Singapore 730305.”.
