Parking Places (Surcharge) Act

Parking Places (Surcharge) (Revocation) Order 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Parking Places (Surcharge) Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Surchage) (Revocation) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1998.
Revocation
2.  The Parking Places (Surchage) Order (O 1) is revoked.
Made this 15th day of August 1998.
