Public Transport Council (Constitution of Partnership or Company) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Public Transport Council Act, the Public Transport Council hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Transport Council (Constitution of Partnership or Company) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2009.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Public Transport Council (Constitution of Partnership or Company) (Exemption) Order 2006 (G.N. No. S 399/2006) is amended ––

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (a); and

(b)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of sub-paragraph (b) and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph:

“(c)	Network for Electronic Transfers (Singapore) Pte Ltd.”.
