Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 5) (Amendment) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 5) (Amendment) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 25th September 2009.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 5) Notification 2007 (G.N. No. S 483/2007) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “20th April 2007”, the words “and the subject of a further application for written permission submitted by The Lady Superior of the Convent of the Holy Infant Jesus in Penang to the competent authority on 5th May 2009”.
