Moneylenders (Amendment) Act 2006

Moneylenders (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Moneylenders (Amendment) Act 2006, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Moneylenders (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2006.
2.  The Moneylenders (Amendment) Act 2006 shall come into operation on 11th August 2006.
