(Exemption) (No. 33)
Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 33) Notification 2013.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “Sands Million$ Giveaway Finale” promotion to be held from 17th July 2013 to 28th July 2013 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the “Grand Finale Lucky Draw” to be held as part of the “Sands Million$ Giveaway Finale” promotion in 3 sessions hourly from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. daily between 26th July 2013 and 28th July 2013 (both dates inclusive) at the Main Casino Floor (B2M) at Marina Bay Sands.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
