(Amendment) Notification 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(7) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Communications, hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Scale of Dues, Rates and General Fees) (Amendment) Notification 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1998.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Part I of the Schedule to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Scale of Dues, Rates and General Fees) Notification 1997 (G.N. No. S 190/97) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (g) of paragraph (1).
