Secondhand Dealers (Fees and Forms) (Amendment) Rules 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Secondhand Dealers Act, the Minister of Home Affairs hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Secondhand Dealers (Fees and Forms) (Amendment) Rules 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2003.

Amendment of rule 3

2. Rule 3 of the Secondhand Dealers (Fees and Forms) Rules (R 1) is amended by deleting “$20” and substituting “$25”.
