| 1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Exemption of Foreign Income) (No. 2) Order 2001. |

| 2. Onyx Asia Holdings Pte Ltd is hereby granted exemption from tax on the foreign dividends it receives in Singapore from approved investments in a country outside Singapore, subject to the terms and conditions specified in the letter of approval dated 2nd August 2001 addressed to the company. |
