(Markets) (Amendment No. 2)
Regulations 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 45 and 341 of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Markets) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 5th August 2011.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Markets) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 367/2005) is amended by deleting item 9.
