Pensions (Pension Authority) Order 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2A of the Pensions Act, the President hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Pensions (Pension Authority) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1998.
Pension Authority
2.  The Permanent Secretary to the Prime Minister’s Office is appointed as the Pension Authority in respect of all classes of officers appointed to the public service.
