Secondhand Goods Dealers
(Amendment) Rules 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Secondhand Goods Dealers Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Secondhand Goods Dealers (Amendment) Rules 2020 and come into operation on 15 June 2020.

Amendment of rule 10

2. Rule 10(3) of the Secondhand Goods Dealers Rules (R 1) is amended by deleting the words “or provide any service in relation to any secondhand goods”.
