Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act
(Commencement of Section 3) Notification 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1997, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act (Commencement of Section 3) Notification 1998.
2.  Section 3 of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1997 shall come into operation on 1st September 1998.
